Fifth Grade Supply List

In lieu of an emergency kit, we are asking for a reassuringletter/photo(s) to help calm your child if there’s a challenging situation atschool. Please place these in an envelope marked with your child’s name. We arein the process of creating communal emergency supplies that don’t need to bereplaced each year.

• 1 Bicycle helmet, labeled and fitted properly, for PE 
• 1 5-tab dividers with pockets and write-on tabs  
• 2 Packages of #2 Dixon Ticonderoga pre-sharpened pencils (24 count)  
• 1 Eraser 
• 1 Box of colored pencils(12 count) 
• 1 Yellow highlighter
• 1 Pair of scissors
• 1 Hand-held pencil sharpener
• 1 Soft-tipped stylus for touch-screen laptop
• 1 Headphones/earbuds, in baggie labeled with student name  
• 1 Box Kleenex tissue
• 1 Hand sanitizer(that kills 99.9% of germs),individual-sized 
• 1 Clorox wipes(if available), unscented – Optional class donation
